My name is Pi Crosby, and Peaks Island Provisions first began as an idea over two years ago. I knew that on the island, we didn't necessarily have an endless variety of affordable, healthy, unique options for prepared meals. I began making premade meals and delivering them door to door under the name Peaks Island Meal Preps. Due to popular demand, this year I am very excited to announce that I now have a permanent space as a member of Fork Food Labs and will be making more meals than ever.
