7/2 - Shrimp skewers, yellow rice, & cucumber salad

My name is Pi Crosby, & I am a current student at Bowdoin College who grew up on Peaks Island. Peaks Island Provisions first began as an idea three years ago. I spent many summers of my young adulthood working in various restaurants around Portland, and selling pre-packaged meals on the island as a side hustle. During my time doing that, and adjacent to the catering industry, I noticed that the islands of Casco Bay lacked a quality and affordable option for catering—weddings, parties, and otherwise—someone who understood the inherent logistics of Casco Bay. Since then, I have worked out of Fork Food Labs in South Portland to make this idea a reality and bring quality catering to Greater Portland and the islands of Casco Bay.
